Our stay at Posada Sian Kaan was excellent. The location right by the beach was perfect, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the breakfast served in the garden patio. The hotel also provided beach towels and had a great pool. it was a great value and we would definitely stay here again. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the hotel's location, as it was within walking distance of all the attractions and restaurants. The staff was exceptional, making me feel welcome and pampered throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful rooftop area that provided stunning views of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the attention to detail in the decor was outstanding.

The hotel was conveniently located near the ADO bus and ferry to Cozumel, as well as the bustling 5th avenue. it was just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff provided excellent service, with the room cleaning staff going above and beyond. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the hotel even had a beautiful garden to relax in.
The pool was not very clean during our stay.

The hotel is in a prime location, right near 5th avenue where you can enjoy nightly performances in the main plaza. It is also conveniently located near the bus terminal, making it easy to explore other areas. Plus, you'll find everything you need in Playa del Carmen Centro, just a short distance away. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has a beautiful garden and a refreshing pool.
There was an issue with the elevator during my stay.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained throughout our weekend stay. the staff were very friendly and helpful, despite only a few of them speaking English. the location was excellent, just a short distance from the main street, the beach, the ferry for Cozumel Island, and the ADO bus station.
Some metal fixtures in the bathroom appeared to be rusty, which could be improved for a better overall look.

We loved the delicious breakfast with daily options and the hotel's great location, just steps away from the beach, ADO bus station, and the main attractions in town. The staff were super nice, kind, and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel had a beautiful swimming pool.
